New Stock at The Roost

Oh Dear!  The Roost is awash in swans!  A whole collection of vintage swans.

DSCN1057

I wondered what in the world anyone would do with so many swans and then found all sorts of uses holding ribbons and trinkets.DSCN1085

All dressed up in crowns and tiaras they can hold  jewels…. or tussies…

or napkins.  They are so graceful and beautiful and

would be perfect for holding little Easter surprises…

handkerchiefs….

or they could just sit  around

looking pretty!

Such lovely creatures, aren't they?

Stop by The Roost to see all of our vintage offerings.

  4. Well, Reebs, what do you expect to find for a shop named The Roost???They just came home to "roost". Had you named it The Hutch, you'd probably be finding rabbits...The Nest would set up proper Karma for birds and eggs. It is all beautifully displayed and maybe Country Living will run a swan feature next month and you'll be cleaned out by May. Until they sell, they look right at home in the shop.
