This is a huge smoky topaz stone set in a 14k prong setting. The stone pops out so it would need stableizing. 
These three rings are $40, $45, $29 respectively. A '60s Avon perfume ring, sterling marcasite and onyx ring and an open back Avon filigree and opal ring.
